Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead on-site installation and relocation of EUV upgrade systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure proper integration into existing lines.
  • •Perform mechanical and optical alignment, verification tests, and system commissioning to meet performance specifications.
  • •Prepare and execute relocation plans, coordinating with facility and logistics teams to minimize downtime.
  • •Provide field support and troubleshooting during installation, including post-installation warranty and service tasks.
  • •Document installation procedures, maintain safety standards, and train site personnel as needed.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with installation and relocation of complex industrial/optical equipment
  • •Familiarity with semiconductor equipment and EUV systems
  • •Strong mechanical/optical alignment and diagnostic skills
  • •Ability to work on-site in Kaosiung and travel as required
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
