Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure legal security of all commitments for the Civil Private Customers pole in both bid and project phases, including financial risk analysis.
  • •Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts and agreements end-to-end from preliminary discussions and tender responses through execution and follow-up with civil aviation customers and partners.
  • •Protect Thales AVS position in case of significant legal issues that could lead to disputes (including preparation of pre-contentious cases).
  • •Handle contractual and legal aspects for disputes by drafting, running negotiations, and concluding settlement protocols in coordination with the Group’s legal contentieux department.
  • •Contribute to compliance deployment (anti-corruption, competition law, Trade Compliance, RGPD) and produce third-party integrity analyses, with regular reporting on risks and opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of experience in business law (droit des affaires).
  • •Master legal and commercial English.
  • •Ability to combine rigor, pragmatism, and analytical thinking to manage complex negotiations and risk.
  • •Strong relationship skills and ability to convince stakeholders as a true partner to teams.
  • •Expertise in business law with experience supporting complex projects involving negotiation and risk management.
