Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the quality of translated content across customer-facing channels such as site updates, hotel content, press releases, travel articles, promotional emails, and newsletters.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to meet deadlines and quality expectations.
  • •Maintain localization assets including style guides, glossaries, and translation memories.
  • •Conduct product reviews to identify inconsistencies and localization issues.
  • •Evaluate, onboard, and manage translation vendors and freelancers, including handling the invoicing process.

Key Requirements

  • •Native-level fluency in Korean with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, including strong grammar, tone, and style control.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Korean Language, Literature, or a related field.
  • •Proven translation and localization experience, ideally in a professional setting, with hands-on experience using CAT tools such as MemoQ (or similar platforms).
  • •Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to understand source content and adapt it naturally for Korean-speaking audiences.
  • •Excellent internet research skills to verify terminology, cultural nuances, and market-specific language usage.
