Key Responsibilities

•Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day stockroom operations including logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor service.
•Provide feedback on required resources to achieve Stockroom Operational needs and maintain a Premium Stockroom Model.
•Represent adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
•Ensure compliance with Global Retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards in the store back of house and propose improvements.
•Support store management by helping drive profitability and meet or exceed sales, profit, and commercial targets while providing outstanding customer experience.

Key Requirements

•Experience as a retail team leader in men’s/women’s apparel or sports footwear is highly regarded.
•Experience with stockroom procedures is highly regarded.

•Ability to represent adidas brand and product values in an inspiring and impactful way.
