Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead collaboration on packaging artwork development and adaptation across external prepress agencies, internal product supply artwork teams, design, and internal/external design agencies.
  • •Execute design intent through simple adaptations and ensure print quality across packaging for regional and global initiatives.
  • •Manage artwork routing, approvals, markups, reviews, and quality control using graphic lifecycle systems.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to support artwork development and adaptation needs for multiple initiatives.
  • •Apply strong business communication planning and execution to coordinate stakeholders effectively.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous work experience, preferably in packaging.
  • •Understand the end-to-end design process from concept through design production.
  • •Have in-depth knowledge of artwork file production and fit-for-use requirements, including print process capabilities, inks, substrates, and finishes.
  • •Strong project and time management skills, including leading multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously.
  • •Fluency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Project), plus capability with graphic lifecycle systems for routing, approvals, markups, review, and quality control.
