Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-visibility customer support via on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex systems and equipment.
  • •Collaborate with customers to develop leading-edge plating processes for advanced semiconductor chip manufacturing.
  • •Create hypothesis experiments and perform DOE; analyze data with statistics and compile reports with technical conclusions.
  • •Troubleshoot complex problems, perform multiple root-cause analyses, and resolve difficult process and customer product issues.
  • •Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers to achieve goals and build trust; serve as a resource to junior colleagues and a liaison between the customer and business unit.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or related field.
  • •4–7 years of semiconductor process experience, preferably in plating.
  • •Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain sensitive information and build consensus among stakeholders.
  • •Ability to work closely with the customer at the customer’s site/cleanroom daily.
  • •Knowledge of best practices to offer a new perspective using existing solutions.
