Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end product design from discovery through launch for healthcare provider workflows
  • •Create wireframes, low/high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes in Figma, Cursor, and AI-powered tools
  • •Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to validate design decisions
  • •Develop design briefs and PRDs translating opportunities into actionable projects
  • •Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customer success teams and contribute to design systems

Key Requirements

  • •End-to-end product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating research-driven UX and visual design
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in product design, industrial design, HCI, or related field
  • •Proficiency in designing high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes using Figma, Cursor, and AI-powered tools
  • •Experience contributing to a design system and working with cross-functional teams
  • •Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with ability to navigate ambiguity and balance business needs with user needs
