Job Summary

Serve as the primary Power BI developer and reporting lead for Legal, Compliance, Audit & Risk and Enterprise Risk Management. Own end-to-end delivery of reporting solutions and executive dashboards, translating complex stakeholder needs into scalable insights. Build accurate, efficient reporting through data modeling, Power Query/DAX, automation, governance, and AI-enabled report overlays, while delivering advanced statistical and quantitative analysis and supporting production needs.

•Act as the primary Power BI developer and reporting lead, owning end-to-end delivery of reporting solutions and executive dashboards for LCAR and ERM.
•Translate complex business needs into scalable insights and lead high-visibility reporting initiatives and ad hoc analysis.
•Enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency using data modeling, automation, data quality improvements, and governance best practices.
•Conduct advanced statistical and quantitative analyses and develop advanced statistical modeling and quantitative analysis projects.
•Partner with cross-functional leadership to define data-related requirements and manage data deliverables and processes that drive business results.
