Assistant Store Manager

Support the store’s overall operations to deliver a seamless customer experience. Assist the Store Manager with managerial duties and lead in their absence, overseeing daily operations, staff management, and sales target performance. Drive sales using KPIs, sales strategies, and promotions, while maintaining merchandising, inventory control, accurate stock checks, and brand-compliant store presentation. Ensure staff performance, schedules, security procedures, and company standards are consistently upheld.
