Key Responsibilities

  • •Support implementation of automation initiatives by designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions using approved automation tools.
  • •Identify manual, repetitive, and operationally intensive processes and recommend automation opportunities.
  • •Document automation workflows, controls, user guides, and operational procedures.
  • •Monitor automation performance and ensure operational stability and business continuity.
  • •Support testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI-enabled solutions, including implementation of AI/automation projects with business users.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline such as engineering, data analytics, or IT.
  • •1–2 years’ experience in data analytics and/or the insurance industry; fresh graduates encouraged.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft tools such as Power Automate and Power BI; experience with Python and AI tools such as Claude and GPT (prompting skills preferred).
  • •Willingness to learn and take initiative, with attention to detail and strong commitment to timely outcome delivery.
  • •Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude with team members and business functions.
