Key Responsibilities

  • •Expedite movement, staging, and prioritization of Army equipment and materiel during the turn-in process.
  • •Monitor and prioritize items requiring immediate attention or special handling (e.g., hazardous/sensitive/controlled).
  • •Verify turn-in documents and track movement status, updating logs/spreadsheets and Army systems as required.
  • •Coordinate with Supply Technicians, Warehouse Specialists, Transportation Coordinators, and Quality Control to keep equipment flowing.
  • •Support inventory and property accountability (shortage/overage reconciliation, cyclic inventories/spot checks/PARs) and ensure safe, compliant staging and handling.

Salary: USD 31.39 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of logistics, supply, or warehousing experience (Army contractor or SSA operations preferred).
  • •Experience in equipment turn-in or material coordination is strongly desirable.
  • •Knowledge of U.S. Army supply/property regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and Army logistics systems (GCSS-Army, DPAS, LMP).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong organizational/multitasking skills in a high-volume environment.
  • •Valid driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance and ability to obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and Tier1/NACI (Public Trust) background eligibility.
