Key Responsibilities

  • •Patch cabling between network equipment and the customer network.
  • •Install, troubleshoot, and de-install network equipment, including swap-outs and de-installing devices.
  • •Complete hard and complex Move, Add, Change (MAC) requests within defined service levels.
  • •Provide hardware break-fix services and perform on-site call-through and testing (data, voice, website, security).
