Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform general, preventative maintenance, and repair work, including basic mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
  • •Ensure facilities meet bank standards and code-enforced standards including ADA guidelines, proactively remedying issues.
  • •Maintain mechanical equipment (e.g., air conditioners, heating systems, alarm systems) and complete preventative maintenance.
  • •Input and update work orders to ensure timely completion, including contractor contact, scheduling, follow-up, and completion.
  • •Provide minor repairs and assistance as needed for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, roofs, exterior façades, parking lots, sidewalks, and lock systems; respond to calls 24/7 except during vacations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • •Two (2) years of related experience preferred.
  • •Ability to operate office equipment and common hand tools as needed.
  • •Ability to operate a hand truck and forklift truck (employer to provide certification training if necessary).
  • •Basic computer skills including the MS Office suite, plus ability to maintain work orders.
