Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage supplier-related non-conformity records (NCR).
  • •Lead defects root cause analysis (RCA) and support robust corrective actions (CA).
  • •Implement quality development plans, qualify suppliers, and conduct periodic audits for compliance.
  • •Check on-the-job inspections against quality control plans and support deviation request (SDR) management.
  • •Support cross-functional/cross-regional initiatives and provide technical clarifications between suppliers and engineering.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or equivalent experience in industrial processes including castings, forging, and machining.
  • •Technical knowledge of welding (SMAW/FCAW) and NDT methods (VT, PT, MT, RX, UT).
  • •Ability to read and understand technical drawings and product specifications.
  • •Fluent in English and Italian; PC and office software proficiency.
  • •EU work permit.
