Lead execution of medium-capex facility projects in the Natural Gas Gathering & Processing business, managing work from initiation through closeout. Apply engineering expertise to design and optimize transmission/gathering, measurement/regulation, compressor/pump, dehydration, NGL fractionation, and natural gas processing systems. Own schedules, budgets, milestone plans, and progress reporting, while managing contracts, purchase orders, third-party resources, and safety/quality/cost/schedule objectives in a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct and/or perform engineering and project management activities related to the design, procurement, construction, and optimization of company assets (pipelines, measurement/regulation, compressor/pump stations, dehydration plants, and hydrocarbon processing/storage).
•Provide technical and engineering assistance on equipment/system design, pipeline sizing and evaluation, pipeline control, and process safety.
•Perform and review project management activities including bid proposals and contracts, AFE preparation and cost management, Management of Change (MOC), material/equipment specifications, schedules/timelines, progress reports, and change orders.
•Complete hydraulic calculations, determine valve and pipeline sizing, perform gas flow analysis, and conduct research/analysis to approve engineering studies, cost estimates, and material specifications/selections.
•Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestone plans, manage project contracts and purchase orders, provide regular progress updates, and surface/mitigate issues while managing multiple concurrent projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 136,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in engineering, operations, and/or project management, including knowledge of engineering design and criteria for natural gas and/or NGLs in pipeline systems.
•Experience managing construction, engineering project materials/specifications, and project activities such as bids, contracts, AFE preparation, and cost management.
•Experience with and knowledge of pipelines and/or hydrocarbon processing and related facilities design, construction, operation, and maintenance.
•Experience using tools/applications including Microsoft Excel, Project, Access, and Word, and preparing engineering studies, reports, and correspondence.
•Ability to read and interpret regulations, blueprints, contracts, and technical documentation, and to analyze/resolve engineering design and calculation issues.
