RD&A Senior Technologist I

Lead end-to-end development of meat-based foodservice solutions, translating customer briefs into commercially viable products from ideation through factory handover. Collaborate with flavourists, chefs, and application specialists to validate innovations, run pilot plant trials, and support scale-up to first production runs. Apply technical and commercial expertise across ingredients, processing technologies, and market trends while ensuring quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
