Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform key PTP accounting activities including invoice processing and payments for EMEA customer daily operations.
  • •Manage invoice hold areas, resolve exceptions, and handle query resolution.
  • •Support interface management and comprehensive vendor account reconciliation.
  • •Ensure compliance with US GAAP, local statutory requirements, Eaton corporate policies, and SOX/Internal Control Program controls.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA in Finance or B.Com (Accounting) with required experience.
  • •4–7 years of experience in invoice management, payments, and invoice resolution.
  • •Knowledge of accounting and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process fundamentals.
  • •ERP experience with Oracle R12 and/or SAP.
  • •Knowledge of direct and indirect tax.
