Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter all new IRA data and non-qualified account information into finance software.
  • •Process incoming transfer, rollover, and related paperwork for incoming funds.
  • •Follow client identity verification guidelines per regulations and complete assigned compliance training, including BSA/AML.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong organizational and communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with customers/clients and respond to questions.
  • •Ability to work with mathematical concepts (percent, ratios, and calculations) related to financial transactions and interpret basic data representations.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, internet/email, and working knowledge of accounting software; detail-oriented problem solving in fast-paced, multi-task environments.
