•Manage and grow relationships with TikTok’s top creators/KOLs/celebrities for the TikTok E-commerce program in Thailand.
•Drive creator growth toward performance goals and improve content for live streaming and short video to increase monetization.
•Measure and analyze creator performance against key metrics, and identify operational and process improvements.
•Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to increase platform impact.
•Plan strategically and analyze partnership models that benefit creators and the platform.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
•Strong verbal and written communication in English and Thai.
•5+ years of KOL/Top Creator/Celeb management experience, including social media, talent management, and MCN (as applicable).
•Deep understanding of the KOL and media landscape in Thailand and ability to cultivate both established and emerging creators.
•Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving skills, plus enjoy user-facing support with a user-driven mindset.
