Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions and uncovering client needs while engaging clients with courteous communication.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs and Online and Mobile banking to enhance their service experience.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, identifying client needs or opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate branch team members or specialists.
  • •Use Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • •Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; assist with new account openings and problem resolution as needed based on branch demands.
