Key Responsibilities

  • •Process internal and external mount transponder requests by assigning the appropriate transponder type to customer accounts.
  • •Prepare transponders and fulfillment mailing correspondence in the correct envelope/package for each customer, including proper postage/shipping cost.
  • •Ensure transponders are properly stored at the completion of each shift per Standard Operation Procedure.
  • •Meet or exceed departmental performance criteria established for the position.
  • •Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Key Requirements
