Job Summary

The Sr. Compensation Partner partners with functional leaders to support Global Partners’ Total Rewards strategy, providing data-driven analyses and recommendations. You will conduct market benchmarking, lead annual salary range reviews, perform market pay analyses, advise on offers and pay actions, train managers on compensation practices, and oversee day-to-day compensation administration across cycles.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with functional leaders on compensation-related matters to support Total Rewards strategies and provide data-driven recommendations.
•Lead market benchmarking surveys, oversee annual review of internal salary ranges, and ensure systems reflect accurate data.
•Conduct market pay analyses, formulate conclusions, and assess budgetary needs related to compensation programs.
•Make recommendations on offer approvals and pay actions for assigned areas, building consensus with stakeholders.
•Train managers and employees on compensation practices and contribute to compensation program improvements and career architecture documentation.

•Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to perform independent in-depth analysis
