Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with functional leaders on compensation-related matters to support Total Rewards strategies and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • •Lead market benchmarking surveys, oversee annual review of internal salary ranges, and ensure systems reflect accurate data.
  • •Conduct market pay analyses, formulate conclusions, and assess budgetary needs related to compensation programs.
  • •Make recommendations on offer approvals and pay actions for assigned areas, building consensus with stakeholders.
  • •Train managers and employees on compensation practices and contribute to compensation program improvements and career architecture documentation.

Key Requirements
