RTR Manager - Payroll Accounting

Lead the end-to-end payroll accounting process, including monthly accruals, reconciliations, and high-risk journal entries. Own variance analysis between timekeeping and GL data, ensuring accurate mapping and timely issue resolution while meeting SLA and productivity targets. Strengthen internal controls and audit-ready documentation, manage compliance with financial controls, and drive process improvement projects. Mentor a payroll accounting team and partner with Finance, HR, and Payroll/Timekeeping stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely reporting.
