Key Responsibilities

  • •Critique and provide guidance on complex analyses while identifying patterns and driving hypotheses from complex data.
  • •Develop and apply analytic tools (including and beyond Excel) for restructuring and financial analysis, including building Excel-based cash flow forecasts and financial statement models.
  • •Work directly with clients to obtain relevant data and disaggregate complex problems into simpler parts.
  • •Assess risks to existing or proposed covenant packages and demonstrate understanding of credit products, restructuring concepts, and bankruptcy case management.
  • •Directly manage Associates and Senior Associates, set priorities across workstreams, coordinate schedules to meet deadlines, and prepare/present report sections and decks to C-suite stakeholders.
Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 200,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a top tier management consulting firm.
  • •Undergraduate degree from a top academic institution with a strong GPA.
  • •Advanced degrees and professional certifications are preferred (CFA, CIRA, CPA).
  • •Restructuring experience preferred and/or relevant financial consulting experience including M&A transaction advisory and/or investment banking.
  • •Ability to undertake extensive travel and work long hours including weekends as needed by client demands.
