•Lead strategic capture and program delivery for the CMS Sector, driving Medicare program execution, account planning, and organizational readiness.
•Engage cross-functional technical and business teams to advance innovation strategy, modernization roadmaps, and implementation planning.
•Support daily CMS Sector operations including program execution, issue resolution, and performance tracking.
•Support business development and capture activities such as opportunity shaping, proposal input, color team participation, and staffing plan development.
•Initiate and manage job requisitions and administer SharePoint sites for documentation integrity, collaboration access, and bid/proposal and operational workflows.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 129,813 - 172,500 annually

•Master’s degree.
•5+ years leading complex IT, cloud, or modernization programs.
•Ability to manage competing priorities across operational delivery and business development, including capture and proposal processes within the federal acquisition lifecycle.
•Demonstrated expertise in CMS strategy, modernization initiatives, and enterprise transformation, including program management and executive communication.
•Experience building or managing SharePoint sites for program or bid/proposal activities.
