Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Engage customers, maintain a friendly and easy-to-shop sales environment, and build client relationships daily.
  • •Partner with leadership to analyze reports, strategize, deliver results, and support action plans for deficient areas.
