Staff Accountant

Maintain GAAP-compliant accounting schedules, including fixed asset roll forwards, and prepare accurate journal entries for accruals, reclasses, depreciation, and month-end adjustments. Own and review balance sheet reconciliations with clear documentation and resolution of variances. Partner cross-functionally with AP, AR, FP&A, Tax, and Operations to ensure timely, accurate expense recording. Support end-to-end month-end close, annual budgeting inputs, and accounting team projections, audit requests, and process improvements.
