Own and evolve the enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform, serving as primary business lead for workflow, templates, clause libraries, metadata, approvals, and reporting. Partner with Legal, Sourcing, Studios, Privacy, Compliance, and Technology to streamline contract processes, drive platform adoption, and transform intake modernization and governance. Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap assessments, testing and change adoption, and expand CLM capabilities using AI-enabled contracting features and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as primary business owner for the CLM platform, including managing the enhancement backlog and roadmap.
•Configure CLM workflows, templates, clause libraries, metadata models, approval routing, and reporting capabilities.
•Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders and document business processes, future-state workflows, functional requirements, and solution designs.
•Conduct fit-gap assessments and recommend process and technology improvements; support testing, release management, training, and change adoption.
•Evaluate and help implement AI-enabled contracting capabilities and drive enterprise expansion of CLM capabilities across new business units and use cases.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Legal Operations, or related field.
•5+ years of business analysis, product ownership, legal operations, contract management, or enterprise application experience.
•Experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms such as Malbek, Icertis, Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion, Ariba, or similar solutions.
•Strong experience gathering requirements, designing workflows, and managing stakeholder relationships.
•Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process transformation.
