Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary business owner for the CLM platform, including managing the enhancement backlog and roadmap.
  • •Configure CLM workflows, templates, clause libraries, metadata models, approval routing, and reporting capabilities.
  • •Lead requirements gathering with stakeholders and document business processes, future-state workflows, functional requirements, and solution designs.
  • •Conduct fit-gap assessments and recommend process and technology improvements; support testing, release management, training, and change adoption.
  • •Evaluate and help implement AI-enabled contracting capabilities and drive enterprise expansion of CLM capabilities across new business units and use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Legal Operations, or related field.
  • •5+ years of business analysis, product ownership, legal operations, contract management, or enterprise application experience.
  • •Experience supporting Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms such as Malbek, Icertis, Ironclad, Agiloft, Sirion, Ariba, or similar solutions.
  • •Strong experience gathering requirements, designing workflows, and managing stakeholder relationships.
