Job Summary

Own the People & Talent (P&T) data domain and turn HR and recruiting data into a scalable analytics foundation for better people decisions. Define and govern people metrics, and deliver pipelines, dashboards, and self-serve tools used by P&T, Finance, Revenue Strategy, and Engineering. Partner cross-functionally to drive the P&T analytics roadmap, improve automation and data quality, and expand AI-enabled insights for global growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage People & Talent (P&T) data assets, including data models, pipelines, documentation, and governance across HR and recruiting systems.
•Build and maintain scalable dashboards, reports, and self-serve analytics for P&T, Finance, Revenue Strategy, and Engineering stakeholders.
•Partner cross-functionally to prioritize requests, manage the P&T analytics roadmap, and improve automation, data quality, and access workflows.
•Serve as the subject matter expert on people data for metric definition, troubleshooting, and end-user guidance with strong privacy standards.
•Enable AI-powered and self-serve analytics use cases and identify opportunities to enhance the P&T analytics ecosystem for global growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related quantitative field, with end-to-end ownership of data models, pipelines, and dashboards in production.
•Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
•Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python and/or R, including data transformations for large, complex datasets.
•Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks (including Delta tables) and transformation frameworks like dbt.
•Experience translating ambiguous business problems into clear analytics projects and communicating insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
