Deliver standardized ground school and simulator instruction for PC-12 NGX Initial, Recurrent, and Specialty courses. Tailor training to each customer’s progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable feedback through structured briefings and debriefings. Conduct training per SIMCOM by CAE standards and safety requirements while communicating effectively using verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver standardized training in classroom and simulator environments.
•Provide Initial, Recurrent, and differences training for PC-12 NGX courses.
•Conduct training in accordance with SIMCOM by CAE standards and safety requirements.
•Communicate effectively using verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills.
•Evaluate customer progress and provide constructive feedback aligned to learning objectives.

Key Requirements

•Hold an FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate.
•Have an FAA CFI or CFII rating.
•Have at least 1,000 total flight hours.

•Be fluent in English (spoken, read, and written).
