Branch Leader I, II or III - Poquoson

Lead and manage all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance through coaching, leadership, and day-to-day execution. Grow branch revenue via small business and mass affluent strategies, including client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics while partnering with IRM and operations. Manage human capital decisions including interviewing, hiring, performance reviews, and scheduling.
