Partner with providers, pharmacies, and stakeholders to address access barriers, manage institutional pharmacy networks, analyze reimbursement performance, and optimize patient support programs. Monitor policy and market changes to adapt strategies while driving improved access and affordability pathways.

•Develop and execute access strategy plans to optimize patient access to products and therapies, including assessing access barriers.
•Serve as an in-house expert on authorization processes and requirements, partnering with internal teams to resolve access challenges.
•Ensure access and reimbursement activities adhere to healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
•Collaborate with healthcare provider offices and pharmacies to address access issues, streamline patient access pathways, and negotiate contracts if needed.
•Evaluate, select, onboard, and manage institutional pharmacies; analyze access/reimbursement effectiveness and optimize patient support programs.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Experience in market access, patient access, or patient services, with strong communication and strategic problem-solving skills.
