Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Tier II technical support and troubleshooting for critical infrastructure systems, including power distribution, generators, ATS, UPS/batteries, DC power, PDUs, STS, grounding, and fire systems.
  • •Support field technicians and management during emergencies by resolving complex technical issues and stabilizing incidents.
  • •Maintain site readiness by identifying, documenting, prioritizing, and escalating infrastructure deficiencies, risks, and jeopardy situations.
  • •Identify infrastructure requiring replacement and support planning, approvals, and replacement processes.
  • •Serve as an SME for task forces and projects, provide disaster recovery support, deliver PMI/training, and coordinate vendors/contractors on repair and replacement activities.
