Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to live customer projects, revenue growth, and business development from the start.
•Support sales activities including store checks, market and sales analysis, lead prospecting, and preparing customer presentations.
•Assist the Sales Director in managing a portfolio of accounts in the beauty & wellness market.
•Work across teams (plants, supply chain, procurement, innovation) to drive projects and opportunities.
•Collaborate with R&D and Product Management to receive technical product understanding and training.

Key Requirements

•Degree in business, management, engineering, international business, sales management, or a related field.
•1 to 5 years of experience in sales, customer-facing, or commercial roles (including internships).
•Strong interest in building a long-term career in packaging sales, especially in industrial environments.
•Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
•Fluency in English and French; additional European language (e.g., Spanish, German, Italian) is an advantage.
