Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • •Provide a wide range of customer-oriented HR services, covering recruitment, onboarding, exit processes, and employment contracts.
  • •Manage HR support and administration including benefits enrollments, related queries, and payroll operations.
  • •Enter and audit data accurately in the HR Information System (HRIS), and document HR actions via required forms and records.
  • •Oversee immigration procedures and ensure compliance with local legal requirements; propose and document HR policies and support EMEA HR projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience delivering HR support in international environments, particularly in the UK and Ireland.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset for employees and managers.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • •Ability to manage end-to-end HR processes simultaneously (onboarding, offboarding, and employee engagement).
  • •Proficiency with HRIS platforms and tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
