Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
  • •Evaluate customer homes on-site and recommend/sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements.
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families.
  • •Perform safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
  • •Participate in virtual and on-the-job training, coaching, and leadership training to grow within the organization.

Key Requirements

  • •A valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

  • •Experience installing or working with systems such as cable/satellite (helpful but not required).
  • •Physical ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs, climb ladders up to 14 feet, and work in attics/confined spaces.
