Key Responsibilities

  • •Define project development strategy, procurement plan, and project-specific procedures (PEP).
  • •Monitor cost plan progress, master schedule, and risk register to ensure accurate forecasts.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact with the Client and coordinate consultants, designers, and contractors via meetings and communication.
  • •Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System by managing inspections, snag lists, and customized workflows in real time.
  • •Prepare monthly status reports for the client and Operations Management.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of project management experience in a technical, complex environment.
  • •A thorough understanding of the total project life cycle from inception and design through authority approvals, construction completion, and post-project review.
  • •Excellent knowledge and experience of key project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • •Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in English.
