Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize advanced photomask wet cleaning and resist strip processes for EUV and DUV technologies.
  • •Design and implement experiments to evaluate process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • •Analyze defect, contamination, and yield data using statistical and analytical tools to establish process windows and drive improvements.
  • •Characterize process equipment and evaluate tool-to-tool matching performance, including supporting investigations into process excursions.
  • •Collaborate with engineering teams to develop process characterizations, qualification plans, and technical documentation; apply AI/advanced analytics where appropriate.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing an MS or PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical field and will not graduate prior to September 2027.
