Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide attentive customer service to shoppers, helping them find products and answering questions to promote sales.
  • •Assist with stock management, merchandising, and store replenishment to ensure product availability and optimal presentation.
  • •Promote adidas culture and values, support loss prevention, and participate in experiential selling to drive store performance.
  • •Collaborate with team to achieve store targets, participate in inventory counts, and help manage deliveries and replenishment.
  • •Engage customers with product knowledge and upsell opportunities while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 month of experience in a sporting retail environment or fashion retail; ability to understand KPI s for store performance and interpret them to drive sales.
  • •Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in English (mentioned as a plus).
  • •Excellent communication and teamwork skills, resiliency, curiosity and willingness to learn.
  • •Ability to work in a flexible schedule (4/6/8 hours per day, including half shifts) and adapt to a retail setting.
