IC Package Design Engineer

Develop complex ASIC package designs from early planning and exploration through implementation and tapeout. Collaborate with package design, layout, SI/PI, silicon, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-speed, robust, manufacturable solutions. Lead package architecture activities, run design tradeoffs and technical investigations, and help debug and resolve package bring-up issues. Improve package design methodologies, flows, and best practices while progressively owning larger design scopes.
