Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with internal stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive contract management process for successful project execution.
  • •Create sourcing strategies for assigned categories to reduce risk and meet purchasing targets, including payment terms, cash targets, and cost savings.
  • •Develop and maintain strategic sourcing models and stakeholder relationships to optimize value and support continuous cost-reduction programs for controllable expenditures.
  • •Identify and execute cost reduction projects, coordinating with stakeholders, estimating completion, and providing project updates.
  • •Manage supplier performance to contract obligations and create contract documents in collaboration with the legal department, including negotiations and contract administration.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree; or bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in one or more areas including engineering, supply chain, purchasing, contract negotiation, material/production planning, operations management, material cost control, or master production scheduling.
  • •Construction project management experience and/or construction cost estimate experience.
  • •Strong budget tracking and cost analytical skills.
  • •Strong contract negotiation and document management skills.
  • •Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
