Lead outbound logistics performance by planning departmental work processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives focused on shipment turnaround times. Oversee documentation and packing guideline compliance, coordinate with third-party logistics providers and transporters on spot-rate and rate contracts, and ensure timely dispatches across business units.
