Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Project QA/QC Manager/Sr. QA/QC Engineer in implementing the quality management system at site per the approved Project Quality Plan and IMS procedures.
  • •Prepare and submit work inspection requests (WIRs) for each construction activity and ensure coverage with consultants/ITPs.
  • •Check incoming materials against project specifications and approved material submittals, including internal inspection and NCR raising for substandard items.
  • •Monitor WIRs and test reports, update relevant teams on status, and maintain records for weekly progress meetings and ongoing project documentation.
  • •Ensure control of document procedures and support HSE initiatives, including participation in safety awareness and incident reporting/resolution per IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience in QA/QC.
  • •Knowledge of quality systems/standards and specifications, including ISO 9001 and Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
  • •Experience supporting QA/QC plans, Method of Statements, and Test Plans for construction activities.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills.
  • •Professional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) or relevant Lead Auditor/ASQC certification, plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field or Civil Engineering.
