•Lead and develop Product Managers and Product Owners delivering high-value platform capabilities.
•Shape product roadmaps and set priorities balancing business objectives, user feedback, operational needs, and technical capacity.
•Drive products through the full lifecycle from idea and requirements to design, implementation, and execution.
•Partner with Technology, Business Analysis, User Adoption, Operations, and senior leadership to ensure delivery and adoption.
•Identify delivery risks early, remove roadblocks, and adapt plans when priorities shift.
