Job Summary

Provide access management support for Allianz users by controlling access rights and ensuring assignments follow Allianz guidelines. Guide IAM topics related to the GIAM tool, prepare documentation and helpful guides for end users, and support ongoing control topics through team collaboration. Manage customer requests and emails, resolve issues and complaints quickly, and analyze customer communication to maintain service standards, efficiency, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

•Control access rights and ensure assignments are completed according to Allianz guidelines, communicating with responsible parties about administration and rights assignment.
•Provide guidance on IAM topics related to the GIAM tool and prepare documentation and helpful guides for Allianz Connect end users.
•Assist with control topics and participate in recurrent team meetings to address critical GIAM system topics and maintain continuous tool functionality.
•Manage customer requests and emails, supporting customers efficiently for prompt results.
•Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally; evaluate and improve procedures and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year experience in Access Control and/or customer support with a strong customer support background (in person, by phone, by email).
•Proven organizational and self-motivation abilities, with excellent communication and the ability to work independently and proactively.
•Fluent in English (German would be a plus) with strong social, analytical, and communication skills.
•Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team, and to manage and finalize tasks in a complex environment.
•Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.
