Process Engineer

Drive process excellence in a vinegar manufacturing environment by monitoring and optimizing fermentation and production conditions. You’ll troubleshoot equipment and process issues to reduce losses from contamination, manage process improvement efforts, and lead plant-level capital projects. The role includes creating and maintaining P&ID documentation, supporting operator training, and partnering with maintenance and reliability on modernization. You’ll also assist with SAP documentation and required reporting.
