Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor and optimize the chemical and technical aspects of vinegar production on site to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • •Troubleshoot production process issues to eliminate losses from contamination, equipment malfunction, and human error.
  • •Develop and lead process improvement projects and manage capital improvement projects up to $500,000.
  • •Create and maintain Plant P&ID drawings, participate in process/equipment risk assessments, and support engineering design and safety.
  • •Establish operator training programs for the vinegar fermentation process and assist with SAP documentation and training as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s of Science degree in an engineering discipline.
