Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform complex administrative and analytical tasks supporting a contract program.
  • •Lead deployment readiness activities for CONUS and OCONUS staff, coordinating country entry and residency requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain tracking tools, SOPs, and dashboards for Visa, SOFA, and DOCPER packages to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
  • •Collaborate with government stakeholders, HR, security, and external agencies to resolve issues related to OCONUS requirements.
  • •Develop plans (budgets and schedules) and monitor performance against contractual cost and schedule objectives; support onboarding for new hires.
