Translate Practice Success operational data into actionable KPI reporting and dashboards for leadership. Partner with operational leadership and the business intelligence team to gather and document requirements, build data visuals, and communicate insights. Support mission-critical projects by maintaining plans, trackers, and documentation, monitoring timelines, and escalating risks. Map current business processes, identify workflow improvement opportunities, and coordinate stakeholders to keep projects on track.

•Collect, analyze, and report quantitative data on the operational health of the Practice Success business unit.
•Coordinate with the business intelligence team to gather and document requirements for operational dashboards and trackers.
•Maintain and update project plans, schedules, trackers, status updates, and team playbooks for mission-critical projects.
•Map current business processes and identify opportunities for workflow improvement and operational efficiency.
•Organize task lists and action items, draft updates, monitor timelines, and escalate risks, resource constraints, or delays to leadership.

Key Requirements

•Excellent computer skills and experience working with software applications including Excel, Salesforce, Visio, Tableau, and Google platform.
