•Manage assigned account base of sophisticated wealth management clients, collaborating with client service teams and advisors to understand client needs and goals and apply fiduciary principles.
•Lead client conversations for goals-driven wealth management and holistic advice, delivering proactive guidance on products/services and regulatory/tax changes.
•Utilize fiduciary knowledge and internal resources to identify opportunities for relationship enhancement and provide risk-aware recommendations.
•Maintain strong client communication, with timely and professional written and verbal updates.
•Mentor less experienced partners and contribute to fiduciary projects and committees to strengthen advisory capabilities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher; JD or similar credential strongly preferred
•12-15 years’ experience as a relationship manager or attorney in trust administration, estate administration, estate planning, or related fields
•Extensive knowledge of fiduciary standards, investments, tax, legal and operations; ability to apply fiduciary judgment
•Strong negotiation, problem solving, delegation, leadership, and sales skills
•Ability to lead client conversations, provide proactive advised solutions, and explain complex concepts in non-technical terms
