Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead People & organisational leadership as a senior member of the People Leadership Team, setting direction and contributing beyond the People agenda.
  • •Own and evolve the People Operations operating model, delivering a high-quality employee lifecycle service through the Operations Lead across regions and time zones.
  • •Transform People processes using AI, AI agents, automation, workflow orchestration, self-service, and systems integration to reduce manual work and complexity.
  • •Own People data, technology, and governance, improving data quality, reporting, insights, and decision-making while maintaining controls across jurisdictions.
  • •Act as the senior People partner to Sales and other functions, and lead high-impact strategic People and organisational projects from strategy through sustainable implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience leading global People Operations, including employee lifecycle service delivery, systems, policies, processes, data, governance, and compliance.
  • •Comfort designing simple, scalable, commercially effective People operations across multiple jurisdictions, balancing global consistency with local requirements.
  • •Strong understanding of People data, technology, and governance, including workforce analytics and operational risk management (audits, regulatory scrutiny, due diligence).
  • •Experience operating in high-growth or transformation environments, including integration, audit/due diligence, or IPO preparation.
  • •Demonstrated people leadership and influence—able to build high-performing teams and challenge approaches while working collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
